Frequently Asked Questions

When will I see our photos? Galleries will be delivered via email within 3 days for your selections. You’ll receive a code to apply at checkout for your three included digital image choices.

Is a 5 minute session enough time? Yes! Historically, parties of 1-3 comfortable kids have enjoyed 1-1 time with Santa in less than 5 minutes, and we’ve added a 5 minute buffer in order to let your child open up. We take plenty of photos during and after chatting. Bigger group? Consider booking two back-to-back sessions.

What if I can’t make my appointment? If you can’t make it, consider gifting your session to a friend who can come in your place! Due to the nature of Santa’s visit, he will not be available for rescheduling and refunds are not issued.

Will there be a wait time with my reservation? We have Santa’s (and Marilee’s) assistant keeping families on deck and moving through the experience. Please plan on showing up no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to check in, and feel free to hang out afterward in the main studio for your cellphone selfies and snacks. Late? No worries, we will shuffle you in as soon as we can.

Are smiles guaranteed? Some kids love the magic of meeting Santa, and some are naturally unsure. While smiles aren’t absolutely guaranteed, there’s a pretty good chance they will. We can expect photos that represent your child’s true personality and that is beautiful in itself. :)

Can I use my mobile phone to take photos with Santa? Due to the nature of this magical and unique photo opportunity, mobile photos are allowed in all parts of the studio except for Santa’s seat (I knowwwww… this is different than the norm when working with Marilee.co). There are plenty of beautiful nooks in the whole studio.

Will ALL photos have Santa in them? Yes, Santa will be present for all images during this session. If you’d like a non-Santa family photo, Marilee.co is available for private booking on another date (minis are earlier on 11/17).
