About Santa Sessions

What images will I receive?
Galleries will be delivered via email within 3 days. Partners receive all images presented. Public bookings will receive a code to apply at checkout for your 5 included digital image choices. Additional images are only $25/each, and a print shop is available directly from all galleries.

Bigger group?
If you have more than 2-3 children who would like to be photographed, including the whole family + grandma/grandpa, consider booking two back-to-back sessions.

Is a 5 minute session enough time?
Yes! Historically, parties of 1-3 comfortable kids have enjoyed 1-1 time with Santa in less than 5 minutes. Santa is very kind and has a long history of conversing with children. We take plenty of photos during and after chatting.

What if I can’t make my appointment?
You may transfer session time to a friend who can come in your place! Partners, you may transfer your session time and the new party will be invoiced. Due to the nature of Santa’s visit, he will not be available for rescheduling and refunds are not issued if canceled 1 week before the event.

Will there be a wait time with my reservation?
We have Santa’s (and Marilee.co’s) assistant(s) keeping parties on deck and moving through the experience. Please plan on showing up no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to check in, and feel free to hang out afterward in the main studio for your cellphone selfies and snacks.

Late?
No worries, we will shuffle you in as soon as we can.

Are smiles guaranteed?
Some kids love the magic of meeting Santa, and some are naturally unsure. While smiles aren’t absolutely guaranteed, there’s a pretty good chance they will. We can expect photos that represent your child’s true personality and that is beautiful in itself. :)

Can I use my mobile phone to record our experience Santa?
Behind-the-scenes video is encouraged. Please share with Stephanie @marilee and Denver Photo Collective! Trust that our professional photos will be amazing — and do your best to be present with the fam as you use your phone.

Will ALL photos have Santa in them? YES!
Santa will be present in all images during this session.

Social Media
Due to the nature of an event, video and behind-the-scenes images may be shared online by other parties, Denver Photo Collective and Marilee.co. We cannot guarantee complete privacy upon attendance.
